The “code red” was the biggest mistake.

It would be better to call a “code blue.”

“Chill out y’all. Do not rush.”

“Code blue indicates a medical emergency such as cardiac or respiratory arrest. Code red indicates fire or smoke in the hospital.”

In other words: Code blue means “All hands on deck.”, code red means “Jump ship!”

Google, re-write your emergency plans. (This goes for you other leaders with a “code red” plan.)

With all the panic, it seems the team is rushing too much and letting too many errors through. Like the iPhone mock-up illustrating Google Bard and like the JWST mistake that just cost $100B.

To the sales exec who made the mistake. This is not your fault. It’s your culture’s fault.

Code blue. Chill pill. That goes for investors x 100 billion.
